    GUICE NO BAKE APPLIE PIE CHEESECAKE!

    Ingredients biscuit base:

    • 80 gram Lotus-cookies (or any cookies you like)
    • 50 gram light butter (I used “Zeeuws Meisje Light”)

    Ingredients cheesecake layer:

    • 300 gram low fat quark
    • 10 gram GUICE THE DUTCH ONE! (apple pie)
    • 8 gram agar agar and 100 ml water or 3 gelatine sheets and 25 ml water
    • Optional: a little (liquid) sweetener (or honey)

    Ingredients topping:

    • One apple
    • Koek & Speculaas kruiden
    • 10 gram ‘Lotus Speculoos pasta” or any cookie or nut butter
    • 10 gram honey (sugarfree)
    • A little water
    • 3 or 4 extra Lotus-cookies

    How to prep:

    1. Crush the 80 gram cookies for the base. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a pan and mix it together. Put it on the bottom of your baking mold.
    2. Mix the quark with the Guice Apple Pie and have a taste! Not tasty enough? Add more guice of some liquid sweetener.
    3. If you use gelatine: Soak the gelatin sheet in cold water. After 5 minutes you squeeze the sheets and gently heat up the sheets in a saucepan with one tablespoon (50 ml) water. When it’s dissolved, add a tablespoon quark and stir until smooth. Then mix this into your bowl of quark and pour on top of your cookie base.

    If you use agar agar: boil the 100 ml water and add the agar agar. Mix until smooth and then add the quark. Keep stirring and let it softly boil for two minutes. Pour the mixture on to your cookie base.

    Put the cookie base with the quark in the fridge to make it cool down before adding the toppings.

    1. Cut the apple in pieces. Fry the apple in a frying pan with a little splash of water and some liquid sweetener. Add the “Koek & Speculaas” spices, or pumpkin spice or just cinnamon and cardamom. Turn of the heat and let it cool down.
    2. In 15 minutes the cheesecake will be stiffened up and ready to decorate. Put the apple on top of the cheesecake. Mix the “Lotus Speculoos Pasta” with the honey and a tablespoon of water in a bowl. Microwave this for about 30 seconds so it will be smooth. Stir it until smooth and drizzle over the cheesecake. Decorate the cheesecake with 3-4 crushed cookies.
    3. Let the cheesecake stiffen up for a few hours before serving.

    • 80 gram Lotus koekjes (of andere koekjes die je lekker vindt)
    • 50 gram boter (light) (we hebben ‘Zeeuws Meisje Light’ gebruikt).

    Ingrediënten cheesecake laag:

    • 300 gram magere kwark
    • 10 gram GUICE THE DUTCH ONE! (apple pie)
    • 8 gram agar-agar + 100 ml water of 3 gelatine blaadjes + 25 ml water
    • Optioneel: klein beetje (vloeibare) zoetstof (of honing)

    Ingrediënten topping:

    • 1 appel
    • Koek & speculaas kruiden
    • 10 gram “Lotus Speculoos Pasta” of andere pasta
    • 10 gram honing (suikervrij)
    • Water
    • 3-4 extra Lotus koekjes

    Bereiding:

    1. Kruimel de 80 gram Lotus koekjes voor de basis. Smelt de boter in de magnetron of in een pan en mix de boter met de gekruimelde koekjes.
    2. Mix de magere kwark met 10 gram THE DUTCH ONE! En proef. Te weinig smaak? Voeg nog een beetje GUICE toe of zoetstof.
    3. Als je gelatine gebruikt: leg de blaadjes in koud water. Na 5 minuten kun je de blaadjes uitknijpen en voorzichtig opwarmen in een pan met 1 eetlepel water. Als het opgelost is voeg je een eetlepel kwark toe en roer totdat het een egale massa is.

    Als je agar-agar gebruikt: kook 100ml water en voeg de agar-agar toe. Mix totdat het egaal is en voeg kwark toe. Blijf roeren en laat het rustig koken voor 2 minuten. Giet de mix over je koekjesbodem.

    Zet de bodem met de kwarkmix in de koelkast en wacht totdat het afgekoeld is voor je de topings erop doet.

    1. Snijd de appel in stukjes. Bak de appel in een koekenpan met een beetje water of zoetstof. Voeg de koek & speculaas kruiden toe. Haal het van de hittebron af en laat het afkoelen.
    2. Na 15 minuten is de cheesecake opgestijfd en klaar om te decoreren. Leg de appel op de cheesecake. Mix de Lotus Speculoos Pasta met honing en een eetlepel water in een kom. Zet het in de magnetron voor 30 seconden. Roer totdat het egaal is en giet het over de cheesecake. Decoreer de cheesecake met 3-4 gekruimelde koekjes.
    3. Laat de cheesecake een aantal uur opstijven voor je het serveert.

    Our current stock situation

    The last half year we’ve been plagued with supply line issues. Party due to stuff coming from Russia and China, but mainly because the past 1,5 year the food and beverage landscape changed a lot regarding pricing and suppliers. This week we’ve had a lot of meetings and I wanted to update you guys on the status.

    Good News

    We’ve found a solution to the stock issues and will revise our whole packaging and products in the process. It will be easier to ship, better for the environment and an upgrade for you, our customer!

    Bad News

    Since we switch suppliers, we can’t restock some of the old flavours. Yellow, Red, Green and Brown will probably not be restocked. Stocking the other flavors will probably take until February 2025 :(.

    More Good News

    We’ve had a few flavor ideas that are possible with these new suppliers, so we are working on some great new stuff!
