    GUICE BITES!

    Calories: (whole pie) 581 (48 calories per piece 1/12)
    Fat: 0,3 gram per piece
    Carbs: 7,8 gram per piece
    Protein: 3 gram per piece

    Ingredients:

    • 50 gr (gluten free) oatmeal
    • 60 gr pitted medjool dates
    • a little bit of honey
    • 300 gr low-fat quark or plant based quark
    • 100 gr (frozen) strawberries
    • 2 x 2 gr agar agar
    • 50ml water
    • 1 scoop GUICE THE PINK ONE! (or more if you like)
    • Liquid sweetener of honey

    Preparing time: +- 15 minutes

    Waiting time: min. 4 hours, 1 night is preferable

    Preparation:

    1. Mix the oatmeal with the medjool date and grind with a foodprocessor or blender. Is it too dry? Add some honey or extra date. Prepare a piece of baking paper in an oven dish. Spread the mix over the bottom of the oven dish.
    2. Heat 2 gr agar agar in 50ml of water and keep stirring until disolved. Mix the (plant based) quark with the sweetener (or honey) and the GUICE. Taste if this is okay! Add the quark mix tot he agar agar in a pan and let it boil lightly for 2-3 minutes. Pour the mix in the oven dish and put it in the fridge to let it cool.
    3. Heat the agar agar again in 50ml water and add the frozen strawberries. Let it boil lightly untill smooth and let it heat up a little.
    4. Get the pie out of the fridge and pour the strawberry mix over it. Put it back in the fridge for minimal 4 hours. Cut the pie into pieces after it has firm up.

    Topping tip: fresh mint and chocolate!

    Ingrediënten:

    • 50 gram (glutenvrije) havermout
    • 60 gram ontpitte medjool dadels (ongeveer 6 grote dadels)
    • een klein beetje honing
    • 300 gram magere Franse kwark of plantaardige kwark
    • 100 gram (diepvries) aardbeien
    • 2 x 2 gram agar agar
    • 50 ml water
    • 1 scoop Guice THE PINK ONE! (of meer, als je durft 😉)
    • Vloeibaar zoetstof of een beetje honing

    Bereidingstijd: voorbereiding kost ongeveer 15 minuten

    Wachttijd: minimaal 4 uur, liever een nacht

    Bereiding:

    1. Meng de havermout met de medjool dadel en maal deze fijn in een keukenmachine of met een staafmixer. Is het te droog? Voeg dan wat honing of extra dadel toe. Leg een bakpapiertje in een ovenschaal of springvorm en verspreid het mengsel over de bodem.
    2. Verwarm 2 gram agar agar in 50 ml water en blijf roeren tot het opgelost is. Meng de (plantaardige) kwark met de zoetstof of honing en het guice-poeder. Proef of dit naar smaak is! Voeg dan het kwarkmengsel (plantaardige) kwark toe aan de agar agar in de pan en laat dit 2-3 minuten zachtjes pruttelen. Giet het mengsel over de bodem en zet dit gauw in de koelkast om te koelen.
    3. Verwarm opnieuw 2 gram agar in 50 ml water en voeg hier de bevroren aardbeien aan toe. Laat dit pruttelen tot het een gladde substantie is geworden en laat het dan nog even verwarmen.
    4. Haal de taart uit de koelkast en schenk voorzichtig de aardbeiensaus erover heen. Zet de taart dan terug in de koelkast voor minimaal 4 uur, of een nacht. Snijd de taart pas in stukjes na het opstijven.

    Topping-tip: verse munt en chocolade!

    Our current stock situation

    The last half year we’ve been plagued with supply line issues. Party due to stuff coming from Russia and China, but mainly because the past 1,5 year the food and beverage landscape changed a lot regarding pricing and suppliers. This week we’ve had a lot of meetings and I wanted to update you guys on the status.

    Good News

    We’ve found a solution to the stock issues and will revise our whole packaging and products in the process. It will be easier to ship, better for the environment and an upgrade for you, our customer!

    Bad News

    Since we switch suppliers, we can’t restock some of the old flavours. Yellow, Red, Green and Brown will probably not be restocked. Stocking the other flavors will probably take until February 2025 :(.

    More Good News

    We’ve had a few flavor ideas that are possible with these new suppliers, so we are working on some great new stuff!
