    GUICE Chocolate Cake Roll!

    Calories: 386 for the entire cakeroll (without toppings)
    Fat: 9,5 gram
    Carbohydrates: 19,9 gram
    Protein: 45,7 gram

    Ingredients:

    • 20 gram protein powder (vanilla flavour is used)
    • 15 gram coconut flour
    • 60 ml water
    • 2 eggs (you need 1 yolk and 2 times egg white)
    • 5 ml liquid sweetener
    • 10 gram GUICE THE BROWN ONE!
    • 150 gram low-fat French curd cheese
    • 100 gram frozen raspberries

    Cooking time: preparation takes about 5-10 minutes

    Waiting time: about 15 minutes until the cake is baked and you can roll it

    Preparation/cooking:

    1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
    2. Separate yolks from the whites. You can throw away (or use it for something else) 1 yolk, put the other yolk in a bowl. The whites need to be whipped up. Whip up the whites until you can keep the bowl upside down.
    3. Take the raspberries out the freezer and let them defrost.
    4. Mix one yolk with the white, the coconut flour, the water, 5 gram GUICE THE BROWN ONE! and the liquid sweetener. When the whites are completely stiff, you mix this mixture with the whites.
    5. Lay down a piece of baking paper on the baking tray and grease it a little bit. Now you can spread your mixture around the baking tray. Put this in the oven for 15 minutes.
    6. While you are waiting for the cake to bake, you can mix the curd cheese with the raspberries, 5 gram GUICE THE BROWN ONE! and 2,5 ml liquid sweetener.
    7. When the cake is finished, leave to cool. Spread the mix of curd cheese around the plate and you can roll up the cake.

    PS: You can decorate the cakeroll with some raspberries, GUICE mousse (see the other recipe) and chocolate sauce.

    Ingrediënten:

    • 20 gram eiwitpoeder (ik gebruikte vanillesmaak)
    • 15 gram kokosmeel
    • 60 ml water
    • 2 eieren (je hebt één dooier en twee keer het eiwit nodig)
    • 5 ml vloeibaar zoetstof
    • 10 gram guice THE BROWN ONE!
    • 150 gram magere Franse kwark
    • 100 gram diepvries frambozen

    Bereidingstijd: voorbereiding kost ongeveer 5-10 minuten

    Wachttijd: ongeveer 15 minuten tot de cake gebakken is en je de cake kunt rollen

    Bereiding:

    1. Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden.
    2. Scheid de eiwitten van de eidooiers. Één eidooier kun je weggooien (of voor iets anders gebruiken), de andere eidooier gooi je in een schaaltje. De eiwitten ga je stijf opkloppen, in een keukenmixer of met een handmixer. Klop deze net zo lang, of laat deze net zo lang kloppen, tot je de mengkom ondersteboven kan houden zonder dat het beweegt.
    3. Haal de frambozen uit de vriezer en laat deze in de tussentijd ontdooien.
    4. Meng één eidooier met het eiwitpoeder, de kokosmeel, het water, 5 gram Guice en 2,5 ml vloeibaar zoetstof. Als de eiwitten voldoende stijf zijn, spatel je dit mengsel voorzichtig door het eiwit heen.
    5. Leg een bakpapiertje op de bakplaat en vet deze een beetje in. Spatel hier het beslag over uit tot een groot, plat vierkant of rechthoekig vlak. Schuif deze voor 15 minuten in de oven.
    6. In de tussentijd meng je de kwark met de frambozen, 5 gram Guice en 2,5 ml vloeibaar zoetstof.
    7. Als de cake klaar is met bakken, laat je hem kort even afkoelen. Vervolg verdeel je het kwarkmengsel over de plaat en is het tijd om de cake op te rollen!

    PS: Wij versierde de cakerol met nog wat frambozen, GUICE mousse (zie het andere recept 😉) en chocoladesaus van Callowfit.

    Our current stock situation

    The last half year we’ve been plagued with supply line issues. Party due to stuff coming from Russia and China, but mainly because the past 1,5 year the food and beverage landscape changed a lot regarding pricing and suppliers. This week we’ve had a lot of meetings and I wanted to update you guys on the status.

    Good News

    We’ve found a solution to the stock issues and will revise our whole packaging and products in the process. It will be easier to ship, better for the environment and an upgrade for you, our customer!

    Bad News

    Since we switch suppliers, we can’t restock some of the old flavours. Yellow, Red, Green and Brown will probably not be restocked. Stocking the other flavors will probably take until February 2025 :(.

    More Good News

    We’ve had a few flavor ideas that are possible with these new suppliers, so we are working on some great new stuff!
