    GUICE CHEESECAKE!

    Calories: 334  (without toppings)

    Ingredients:

    • 250 gram low fat quark
    • 100 gram frozen raspberries
    • 1 gelatine sheet (if you’re a vegetarian you can use agar-agar also)
    • 15 gram self raising flower
    • 1 egg
    • 10 gram THE PINK ONE!
    • Optional: a little (liquid) sweetener (or honey)

    How to prep:

    1. Preheat the oven at 175 degrees and prepare your oven dish by putting a baking sheet in it.
    2. Combine the flower, egg, quark and GUICE and stir until smooth. When smooth, poor it in the oven dish and bake for 35 minutes.
    3. Soak the gelatin sheet in cold water. After 25 minutes you squeeze the sheet and gently heat up the sheet in a saucepan with one tablespoon water. Let the gelatine dissolve before adding the raspberries. If you like them sweet, add some sweetener or honey too. Stir until smooth and let it cool down for a bit.
    4. When the baking time is over, take out the oven dish and pour the raspberry-sauce on top. Let it cool down in the fridge for at least 2 hours before you enjoy your GUICE Cake! Even better, let it cool during the night and have the best breakfast ever.

    Ingrediënten:

    • 250 gram magere kwark
    • 100 gram diepvries frambozen
    • 1 vel gelatine (voor vegetarische versie kun je agar-agar gebruiken)
    • 15 gram zelfrijzend bakmeel
    • 1 ei
    • 10 gram THE PINK ONE!
    • Optioneel: een beetje (vloeibare) zoetstof (of honing)

    Bereiding:

    1. Verwarm de oven voor op 175 graden en leg vast een stuk bakpapier klaar op de ovenschaal.
    2. Meng de bloem, het ei, de kwark en GUICE tot het een gladde massa is. Als het glad is is giet je dit mengsel in de ovenschaal en bak je het 35 minuten.
    3. Week het gelatineblad in koud water. Na 25 minuten kun je het vel uitknijpen en verwarm je het voorzichtig in een pan met een eetlepel water. Laat de gelatine oplossen voordat je de frambozen toevoegt.

    Als je van zoet houdt kun je wat zoetstof of honing toevoegen. Laat dit mengsel even afkoelen.

    1. Als de cake klaar is, giet je het frambozen mengsel over de cake. Laat het minstens 2 uur afkoelen in de koelkast, voordat je van je GIUICEcake kan genieten! Tip: zet de cake ‘s nachts in de koelkast en de volgende ochtend heb je het beste ontbijt ooit!

    Our current stock situation

    The last half year we’ve been plagued with supply line issues. Party due to stuff coming from Russia and China, but mainly because the past 1,5 year the food and beverage landscape changed a lot regarding pricing and suppliers. This week we’ve had a lot of meetings and I wanted to update you guys on the status.

    Good News

    We’ve found a solution to the stock issues and will revise our whole packaging and products in the process. It will be easier to ship, better for the environment and an upgrade for you, our customer!

    Bad News

    Since we switch suppliers, we can’t restock some of the old flavours. Yellow, Red, Green and Brown will probably not be restocked. Stocking the other flavors will probably take until February 2025 :(.

    More Good News

    We’ve had a few flavor ideas that are possible with these new suppliers, so we are working on some great new stuff!
