    GUICE WAFFLES!

    Wafels zonder topping (zonder de olie voor het bakken gerekend) : 411 calorieën
    Vet: 11,9 gram
    Koolhydraten: 30,5 gram
    Eiwit: 24,4 gram
    Toppings: 82 calorieën

    Ingrediënten:

    • 40 gram (glutenvrije) havermout
    • 100 gram magere (plantaardige) kwark
    • 1 ei
    • 1 scoop Guice THE BROWN ONE!
    • 30 gram eiwitpoeder (smaak naar keuze of smaakloos)
    • 5 gram bakpoeder
    • Snufje zout
    • Vloeibaar zoetstof naar smaak of een klein beetje honing (optioneel)

    Topping:

    • 50 gram aardbeien
    • 50 gram frambozen
    • 50 gram magere (plantaardige) kwark
    • 1 scoop Guice THE PINK ONE! (of meer, als je durft 😉)
    • Vloeibaar zoetstof (of een beetje honing)

    Bereidingstijd: voorbereidingstijd 5-10 minuten

    Baktijd: ongeveer 15 minuten

    Bereiding:

    1. Meng de ingrediënten voor de wafels door elkaar en maal deze fijn in een keukenmachine of met een staafmixer totdat het een gladde substantie begint te vormen. Proef het beslag! 😊
    2. Smeer het wafelijzer in met een beetje olie of bakspray en bak de wafels. Roer iedere keer het mengsel door, voordat je nieuwe wafels bakt.
    3. Meng de kwark met THE PINK ONE en proef! Voeg wat zoetstof (of honing) toe naar smaak.
    4. Serveer de warme wafels met de kwark en het verse fruit. Geniet!

    • 100 gr low fat (plant based) quark
    • 1 egg
    • 1 scoop GUICE THE BROWN ONE!
    • 30 gr protein powder (without flavour or flavour to your liking)
    • 5 gr baking powder
    • Salt
    • Liquid sweetener or honey (optional)

    Toppings:

    • 50 gr strawberries
    • 50 gr raspberries
    • 50 gr low fat (plant based) quark
    • 1 scoop GUICE THE PINK ONE!
    • Liquid sweetener (or honey)

    Preparing time: 5-10 minutes

    Baking time: +- 15 minutes

    Preparation:

    1. Mix the ingredients fort he waffles together and grind them in a food processor or with a hand blender until it starts to form a smooth substance.
    2. Grease the waffle iron with a little oil or baking spray and bake the waffles. Stir the mixture every time before baking new waffles.
    3. Mix the quark with THE PINK ONE! and taste if it’s sweet enough for you.
    4. Serve the warm waffles with quark and the fresh fruits. Enjoy!

    Topping tip: fresh mint and chocolate.

    Our current stock situation

    The last half year we’ve been plagued with supply line issues. Party due to stuff coming from Russia and China, but mainly because the past 1,5 year the food and beverage landscape changed a lot regarding pricing and suppliers. This week we’ve had a lot of meetings and I wanted to update you guys on the status.

    Good News

    We’ve found a solution to the stock issues and will revise our whole packaging and products in the process. It will be easier to ship, better for the environment and an upgrade for you, our customer!

    Bad News

    Since we switch suppliers, we can’t restock some of the old flavours. Yellow, Red, Green and Brown will probably not be restocked. Stocking the other flavors will probably take until February 2025 :(.

    More Good News

    We’ve had a few flavor ideas that are possible with these new suppliers, so we are working on some great new stuff!
